- 1.0 out of 5 stars from S. A. Keister -- Cheap, Poorly Printed Edition : Reviewing this published edition, not the actual book. This edition is HORRIBLE. It's a very low budget print-to-order book. The type is ALL center-spaced, which is virtually unreadable, and there are no page numbers. Amazon cranks out really cheap editions like this and sells them like regular books. At this price, you expect a professional paperback publication. Get this book in a different edition. ( Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2018 )

- 2.0 out of 5 stars from orourkmw -- I'd recommend trying one of the other editions : My comments are not about the novel, but about this Kindle edition....the diagrams and pictures which are apparently critical to solving the puzzle are missing. I am only 25% of the way in, but have already missed 4 drawings - 2 diagrams of the layout, a picture of a clue fragment, etc., which Christie felt were important to include. I peeked at the end to see if they were there, and there is a photo of Christie and other info, but not the missing clues. I'd recommend trying one of the other editions. While I'm very excited to read The Mysterious Affair at Styles and am certain it will be a great story, the text presented in this edition is not the original story text AT ALL. The attached image shows the version I purchased on my Kindle screen next to a different online version with the real story text. - 1.0 out of 5 stars from Mixalis -- This book is deplorable and should be removed from sale : I bought this book in good faith and was appalled to find that it is written in gobbledegook. The English is atrocious and gives the impression that it has been translated (badly) from a foreign language. On the first page a sentence reads, "I were invalided domestic from the front." This barely made sense so I checked with a printed version of the same book: "I had been invalided home from the front." That was just a start and it got progressively worse.
